造假

應該估到近期睇咗邊套電影...
有啲作品睇完,聽完就會令人繼續思考, 就係 food for thought 嘅意思.

思考就好似整麵包時發酵咁.
要有麵團 (dough) 即係題材, 亦要有酵母 (yeast) 即係 axioms/principles.
另外, 好重要嘅係"空間".

好嘅作品就係提供一啲搓得好嘅麵團俾觀眾.
好同壞好多時就取決於有幾多"空間".
搓得太鬆就好難揾到重點, 東一惚, 西一惚.
搓得太實就根本冇空間可言.

以前睇開90年代嘅 sitcom, 好多都用 canned laughter 去教觀眾笑啲乜, 幾時笑, 笑幾耐.
今時今日, 一個鏡頭拖足十幾秒, 慢鏡重複又重複, 不停咁用 sound effect, 仲要大大隻字嘅標題, 劃公仔劃埋條盲腸, 驚你唔識笑...

Mad Love 嘅 Joker 有一句: "If you have to explain the JOKE, there is NO JOKE!"

想劃呢個題材好耐, 只係功力未夠.

以原著而論,呂布係一名奸角, 出塲時跟緊個大奸角, 之後又出賣老細, 仲攝埋佢牆腳...

但係, 睇今時今日嘅 pop culture, 呂布都會係一位氣宇軒昂, 武功高強, 戰無不勝 嘅型男 anti villain...👤

講到尾, 宅男都希望自己好似呂布咁: 靚仔, 高大, 好打, 有跑車 (赤兔🐴).
最最最重要嘅係... 媾到個女神... 👸

做忠定係做奸都唔係好緊要啫...

PS. 有冇人知道點解呂布嘅標準造型都要有頭頂嗰兩條曱甴鬚?
三國嗰陣時應該唔會載住兩條咁嘅嘢去打仗呱, 貪方便咩....?

新嘅一年, 都唔知劃乜嘢題材好。

但係，如果要等到題材自己出現先至劃，就會少咗好多練習嘅機會。

所以，冇新靈感，就由舊題材出發，總會有啲地方可以有新嘗試。

American Joker

Continuing on my quest of light and shadows, this one is more of an exercise, referencing the American Psycho poster. Since it’s Christian Bale, Joker and Batman was a natural choice of topic to apply and keep it interesting.

Also, part of my efforts to attempt drawing subjects other than females.

New Toy!!!

Done using one expensive Pencil and the even more expensive what's-a-computer (I hate that ad).

Somewhat similar to getting a new guitar, it inspires us to find new corners to explore.  Here, I'm experimenting with some techniques which I've always found too hard to do on wacom tablets, AKA "look at screen, draw on table" mode.

Or, I'm just trying to have something to show to justify the $$$ to my other half... (AKA Chief Financial Officer :D), love you regardless.
